These Terms of Service govern your use of ISEAI, an emotion-tracking app made by Pincco. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities as well as ours.
By downloading, installing, or using ISEAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Pincco ("we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time — your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ISEAI is open to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has done so on your behalf.
To use most features of ISEAI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, or create more than one account to evade a suspension or ban.
You own the content you create in ISEAI — your emotion logs, notes, and voice memos remain yours. By using the App, you grant Pincco a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use your private emotion logs, notes, or voice memos to train AI models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than operating the App on your behalf.
When you share content to the community feed, you grant other users the ability to view that content within the App. You can delete a community post at any time; deleted posts are removed from the feed immediately.
ISEAI's community is a space for honest, anonymous emotional expression. To keep it safe and supportive for everyone, all community posts must:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
All rights in the App — including the design, code, companion characters, brand, and any content we create — belong to Pincco or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights and choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The short version: we collect only what is necessary to run the App, we never sell your data, and your private emotion logs and voice memos are never used for advertising or AI training.
ISEAI is not a medical or mental health service. The App is designed for personal reflection and emotional awareness — it is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, crisis intervention, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline in your area.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pincco and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will generally try to notify you before doing so unless the violation is severe or poses a risk to other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4 (ownership of your content), 7 (intellectual property), 9 (disclaimers), 10 (limitation of liability), and 13 (contact) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email or an in-app notice. If you continue to use ISEAI after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the new Terms.
If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the App and delete your account before the new Terms take effect.
