ISEAI is built around your inner world. We take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We will never sell your personal data.

We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your emotion logs, notes, or voice memos to train AI models or for advertising.
When you share a post to the community, it is published under your companion character's name — not your account name, email, or any other identifying information. Other users see only the character and the text you wrote.
You can delete a community post at any time. Deleted posts are removed from the community feed immediately.
Voice memos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. Transcription is performed automatically to convert speech to text. Audio files are encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not listen to, review, or share your voice recordings. Deleting an emotion log also permanently deletes any attached voice memo and its transcription.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We may share limited information only in these circumstances:
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your emotion logs, voice memos, notes, and account information within 30 days. Community posts you made are anonymised and may remain in the feed after account deletion, unless you delete them first.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for voice and note content, and access controls that limit who within Pincco can access user data. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.
ISEAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us at sea@pincco.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and notify you via email or an in-app notice if the changes are significant. Continued use of ISEAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
